At Filamenta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging (dust bags, shoe boxes, etc.).
- Discounted or sale items may have different return policies, as specified at the time of purchase.
- We do not accept returns on swimwear or pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and a pre-paid return shipping label (depending on your location) via email.
Pack your return securely, including the original packing slip and the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Drop off your return package at the designated carrier location.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected (usually within 10 business days), your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 14 business days for your bank to reflect the refund amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can follow the same return process outlined above.
In your email specify the desired size or color for exchange.
Once we receive your original item and confirm its eligibility for exchange, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.
If the desired size or color is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the returned item.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy or show signs of wear or damage.
